Function and concept
The building is planned as predominantly residential (80%), with seven floors intended for housing.
The public area is designed as green, partly as green surfaces in direct contact with the ground.
Distribution of purpose by annexes:
- A - business space, horizontal and vertical communications
- B - 30 housing units, horizontal and vertical communications.
- C - 30 housing units, horizontal and vertical communications;
- D - 30 housing units, horizontal and vertical communications;
- E - 30 housing units, horizontal and vertical communications.
The designed apartments are symmetrically distributed on the floors. The different structure of the apartments is combined: studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom, symmetrically positioned on the floor. Three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments have two-sided orientation.
